Bob Rook is an experienced executive coach for all levels of leadership; mid-level to executive management. His focus has been on driving intentional results, organizational change, team effectiveness, and individual growth.
Bob was co-founder and CEO of 3D Results, a professional services and software company launched in 2011. The firm grew to over 100 consultants and serviced hundreds of Mid-Cap to Fortune 500 level global customers deploying HR software and strategies. In addition, the company developed a Big Data analytics software platform focused on HR and human capital management targeted at large global enterprise customers. The firm was sold to a private equity buyer in 2018.
In addition to the CEO position, Bob has had senior executive positions as a business unit leader, and was the Chief People Officer in healthcare, e-commerce, software, and manufacturing companies. He has provided executive leadership and expertise in IPOs, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions. Bob has a strong background working in various organizational settings including Fortune 500, Mid-Cap, Technical and e-commerce organizations.
Bob served as Chief People Officer for ESI, Allscripts and Participate Systems Inc., e-commerce/software companies in Chicago, which were acquired or went IPO. He was also responsible for developing innovative equity programs and HR strategies for several Internet spinout organizations. He led the compensation, benefits and HRIS strategy for Caremark’s spinout from Baxter and was later the Executive HR leader during six acquisitions and four divestitures impacting 10,000 employees over a 2-year period. In addition to driving over $40 million in synergies, he launched a major Organizational Development effort to unite these independent practices. He has had leadership and consulting relationships at Baxter, American Hospital Supply, G. D. Searle, General Signal, among others.
