Paul Zellner is impassioned to support organizations and their talent. For more than 30 years, Paul has honed his expertise as a senior executive search and assessment executive. His emphasis is on the selection, assessment and development of senior executive talent, including CEO, COO and President positions. He has helped numerous organizations advance their competitiveness and effectiveness.
As an executive coach, Paul has also conducted assessments for several of the world’s largest professional services firms. He has worked across various industries including Business & Professional Services, Technology Services, Management Consulting and Financial Services. As a founding member of Russell Reynolds Associates Professional Services Practice, Paul managed the execution of search assignments, recruitment and mentorship of principals and research consultants.
Prior to his career in executive search and development, Paul was Controller of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Region Operations Manager with American Hospital Supply Corp, and Staff Accountant PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Paul is a volunteer on issues of elder care, homelessness and people with physical disabilities. He enjoys running, triathlons and learning from everyone. Paul is based in the western suburbs of Chicago.
