Paul O’Donnell is an effective and sought-after facilitator and accredited, qualified executive coach. He works alongside organizations across all sectors, their teams, leaders and managers to support their development and realize their potential. He helps identify new possibilities and perspectives in the work they do with a clear focus on performance outcomes. He builds confidence in, and liberates individual and team talent, and generates performance commitment, focus and drive. Having himself been accountable for very significant budgets, he works with clients to ensure they are clear about what they want and need to achieve and what return they expect from the work done together.
His depth of practical business knowledge and experience comes from his distinguished 25-year career in international banking and financial services. Most recently, Paul held the title of Managing Director and Head of Private Banking at HSBC in London. Prior to that, Paul not only built, but also subsequently sold his own successful wealth management business. Paul’s expertise also comes from his senior leadership positions within organizations like UK leader, Brewin Dolphin, and UBS Wealth Management.
The National Leadership Academy of the NHS invited Paul to become a member of their faculty. His experience therefore, ranges from the entrepreneurial to that of senior leadership in a global multi-national public and private sector organizations along the way designing and effecting relevant, and often, significant change, leading to high performance outcomes.
Paul is based in the UK and works extensively throughout Europe, USA and UAE. He coaches in both English and French.
