Ozlem is an Executive and Relationship Systems Coach and facilitator.

She is passionate to work with corporate clients and evoke passion in leaders and teams to transform and reach their highest potential so that they reach their goals and serve to the whole system.

 She  is highly skilled in working with executives at all levels from CEOs, C-Level Executives, Mid-Level Executives and newly appointed Managers. Her past bussiness experience helps her to understand the client needs and she provides practical tools and solutions to overcome their challenges. She believes in the power of co-creation. Clients often describe her as having a natural power to create trust and intimacy which enable them to have deeper relationships with themselves and their teams. She helps her clients to gain new perspectives , shift their mindsets and make applicable action plans to apply their new insights.

 Ozlem started her career in banking in 1991. She worked for top-ranked international banks and occupied executive roles for 20 years. She worked as an Assistant General Manager at Deutsche Bank AS, Istanbul where she was responsible from the Global Markets department. She developed leadership, stress management, effective communication, problem solving skills while working in the high-stress trading room environment. She represented the Bank in many different local and international platforms. She then continued her career at UBS, İstanbul as CEO and Board Member. She improved her leadership and managerial skills, involved in many growth projects and took active part in representation of the global organization in Turkey. In 2011, she decided to leave her banking career with the motivation of sharing her broad corporate experience with others and helping people in their career paths. She started her career in Executive & Relationship systems coaching in 2012.

 Ozlem’s client list spans a wide range of business categories including; financial services, technology, e-commerce, tobacco, oil and gas, food and beverages, consumer goods, business consultancy,automotive, computer hardware and software, sports equipment, tourism, chemistry , production.
