Nicole Pulito, Ph.D., PCC
Dr. Pulito has 25+ years of experience consulting with organizations to identify and accelerate top talent to achieve business results. As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Integral Coach, she has a unique combination of skills to bring to her clients. An expert in the field of adult learning and development, she is highly skilled in working with senior leaders and leadership teams to maximize their individual and team effectiveness. As an integral coach, she complements her expertise in human behavior with an understanding of the importance of a whole person perspective. This includes an integration of the mind, body and heart of the leaders with whom she works.
In addition to her coaching and leader development work, Nicole has also worked with her clients to create succession and assessment approaches to accurately predict potential, readiness and fit for various roles across dozens of organizations. Nicole believes strongly that any talent management practice must have a clear connection to driving overall business strategic priorities as well as success criteria and impact measurement. Prior to her role with ECC, Nicole has held positions at various global management consulting firms as well as adjunct professor roles at various universities.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Past President of ICF Wisconsin, she believes strongly in supporting coaches and organizations in leveraging this important skill in order to improve organizational culture and business results. In her executive coaching practice, Nicole has coached leaders at all levels of the organization, though she is particularly interested in supporting leaders through the transition from senior management to executive leadership positions, including CEO succession candidates.
Nicole’s unique expertise in leader assessment, and work with dozens of organizations identifying the skills necessary for successful executive performance, allows her and her clients to quickly zero in on the most critical coaching goals. Regardless of the specific coaching goals selected, Nicole works with her clients to access all their various centers of intelligence including those that are analytical, emotional as well as intuitive. She works with her clients to make the shifts necessary to maximize potential and achieve breakthrough personal, professional and business results.
