Lynn Myhal, PhD, MCC
Dr. Lynn Myhal has provided integral leadership coaching and organization development to senior executives and their teams in both the public and private sectors for over 23 years. Educated and having worked as a research scientist in biology, she uses her experience as a leader along with extensive advanced education and certification integral coaching, organization development, various validated assessment instruments, to support executives and teams in obtaining the products of coaching: long-term excellence that is self-correcting and self-generating.
Lynn worked for several agencies in the federal government for 14 years, many of them in leadership positions, before beginning her own coaching and consulting practice in 1998. She has coached individual executives and their teams at a wide variety of private, public and nonprofit organizations.
Lynn currently serves as a coach in the Wharton eMBA program and is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Evidence Based Coaching program at Fielding University. She designed and taught coaching courses in the Graduate Psychology school of John F. Kennedy University and also served on the faculty of New Ventures West, a certified coach training school. She has been certified as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2007 and is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Institute for Management Consultants, ODNet, and the International Coach Federation.
Lynn enjoyed serving for many years on the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, where she held several leadership positions. She lives in Silicon Valley and brings breadth, depth and a sense of humor to all of her relationships. She is passionate about bringing joy and freedom to clients in their workplaces.
