Jenny Gumm, Ed.D.
Jenny Gumm, Ed.D. has over twenty years of experience working in Fortune 500 Companies across a variety of functions. She has served as a VP of Human Resources, VP of Information Technology and CIO in Fortune 200 Companies. In addition to her extensive executive experience, Jenny is a mindfulness educator who thrives on teambuilding to increase organizational effectiveness and coaching to elevate personal performance.
She is a talented coach, consultant, and workshop leader. While completing her doctorate in Education—with a focus on Organizational Change—Jenny researched the influence of stress on the individual and the organization which involved the design and implementation of a program focused on helping employees adopt better coping and stress management skills.
In her consulting work she has helped senior leaders in large organizations, develop strategies, align their teams, and drive culture change throughout their organizations. Her focuses on meeting the client where they are, developing leaders and delivering results while teams work together to create, and execute on solutions to the organizations key strategic imperatives.
Jenny is also a professor at the Boston College – Woods College of Advancing Studies. Teaching classes in the Master of Science in Leadership & Administration program.
