She has deep expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organization effectiveness and transformation and has successfully led Global Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Human Resources Business Leadership (HRBL) initiatives at leading global organizations including GE Capital, Kraft Foods Inc., Mondelēz International, and Bristol Myers-Squibb. In addition to her global work experience, Jane has lived and worked in over 8 different locations within and outside of the U.S.  She has experience in field and corporate H.Q. roles, region-based and global roles, and with businesses ranging from start-up to mature.
