Greg Stoklosa, MBA
Greg Stoklosa is an executive coach, advisor and facilitator with more than 30 years of finance, strategy and executive leadership experience. He works with individual executives helping them become more strategic and inspirational leaders, prepare for new or expanded roles, and respond with more grace to the challenges and stress of leadership. He also works with leadership teams to discover their vision, become more cohesive, and operate faster and more effectively as a team. Greg believes all leaders and teams possess within themselves the wisdom and capacity to achieve what they truly value. His mission is to help leaders be more aware of their values, their impact on others, their full array of choices, and their power to learn and grow.
As a former Chief Financial Officer of two public companies, Greg offers empathy to leaders struggling to honor personal and organizational values under pressures from investors and boards of directors. His broad change leadership experience and coaching skills, as well as deep finance, strategy, and board and investor relations expertise, combine to provide unique perspective to senior leaders of both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Greg is passionate about the benefits of more conscious leadership in creating greater and more sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Greg was CFO and Chief Strategy Officer at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., and CFO and co-head of operations at the Sun-Times Media Group. He previously held leadership roles in corporate and international finance at G.E. Capital and Kraft. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Communities in Schools of Chicago, an affiliate of the largest and most effective dropout prevention organization in the country.
