Dennis Redding has over 25 years experience as a management consultant, organizational development and human resources executive. His practice includes: executive development, executive coaching and consulting in organization development.

Currently, Dennis is the Academic Director of the Woodruff Leadership Academy, Woodruff Health Sciences Center, at Emory University. Prior to this role, he was Executive Director of the Goizueta Institute for Corporate Learning, Senior Lecturer in the department of Organization and Management, and Assistant Dean of the Modular Executive MBA program at the Roberta C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta.

His corporate experience includes Senior Vice President of Organization Development and Human Resources at PeaceHealth, Director and founder of the AMOCO Management Learning Center, Vice President of Organization Development and Personnel Research at BATUS, consultant at General Motors Institute, and Director of Education at Ralston Purina.
