With over 14 years industry experience as a leader at Oracle Corporation and Charles Schwab, Denise understands the stressful environment that leaders operate within and designs efficient, customized, pragmatic programs that help individuals make small changes that reap great benefits. Her understanding of neuroscience and behavioral change allows her to help people quickly develop effective, lasting habits. She helps leaders build on their strengths while mitigating derailers that could threaten success. Leaders also learn how to communicate in ways that improve relationships and influence to achieve optimal results.
