Daniel F. Jones, Ph.D.
Daniel Jones, has been providing management and organizational consultation to a wide variety of clients in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors for more than 20 years. His considerable experience provided expert consultation services to the financial, insurance, retail, and publishing industries. His consulting experience to Fortune 500 and multi-national corporations is extensive. Dan’s work is aimed at producing pragmatic results for both the individual and the organization. He also strives to help his clients maximize organizational and personal effectiveness, increase self and organizational awareness, and clarify vision and purpose, all leading to better alignment and fulfillment of personal and corporate goals.
Dan has specialized in management assessment, executive coaching, leadership training, and organization development. Recent organizational consulting activities include the introduction of a performance management/management excellence system and executive coaching with key technology managers in a large investment bank, organizational assessment and team development work with the strategic marketing and planning division of a major insurance company, the assessment and development of potential internal candidates for the CEO position of a major forest/home building products industry, the design and delivery of a series of workshops focused on improved communication skills for managers and employees at a global consumer goods corporation, and the design and facilitation of a two day strategic retreat for an off-shore bank. His consultation often leads to organizational initiatives in the areas of succession planning, team development, and strategic planning. Dan has also provided coaching to entrepreneurs and family owned and operated businesses.
He has served on the faculties of Rutgers University and New York University and published on the subject of interpersonal styles. Dan recently relocated back in Pennsylvania after a five years living and working in Italy.
