Cindy Seyller, MA

Cindy Seyller is an Organizational Development consultant with 20+ years of experience designing and implementing learning and change strategies within large organizations. Her consulting focuses on building trusted relationships, engaging key stakeholders, developing leaders and teams, and designing plans that include the human elements of change. She educates leaders on the important role they play in change initiatives, guiding and coaching them to the next level.
Recent client work includes strategic consulting with a growing global healthcare technology management company, where she provided change, culture, and leader development expertise to multiple strategic initiatives. She was responsible for leading the change strategy, managing executive sponsor relationships, facilitating change leader training and designing multiple change networks to support a faster and smoother M&A. Cindy also developed the learning strategy for their culture initiative supporting the company’s new mission, vision, and values. She is frequently asked to advise on strategic change initiatives, coach leaders, enhance executive presentations, present leader development programs, and facilitate customized New Leader Assimilations for senior executives and their teams.
Other clients include a Fortune 500 industrial supply and equipment provider, with which she served as lead change consultant within the Strategic Sales Revenue Growth Initiative. She developed a talent strategy and curriculum for the new field sales roles and was also responsible for the training and communication strategy surrounding a new sales compensation plan impacting 3000+ associates.
Prior to her consulting work, Cindy spent 10 years at Wausau Insurance Companies (now part of Liberty Mutual Insurance) in various training and leadership roles. As Director of Training and Organizational Development, Cindy was responsible for an internal team of instructional designers and organizational development professionals. She presented executive development and leadership training, facilitated 360 assessments, and provided change leadership during the company’s acquisition.
Additional organizations include: R1 RCM, Grainger, Gallagher, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Aspirus Healthcare, Coach, and Nationwide Insurance.
Cindy served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Benedictine University, North Central College, and College of DuPage, teaching undergraduate coursework in Communications, Group Process, Organizational Communication Theory, and Public Speaking.
Cindy is currently based in Chicago, Illinois.
