Amanda White is an experienced coach and seasoned HR senior executive, with over 20 years’ experience gained mainly in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries (GSK, Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie).  She has international experience, across Europe and Asia, as well as the US, Latin America and the Middle East.  Her HR career included local, regional and international director level roles, with a strong focus on supporting businesses and individuals through change, including creating/changing company cultures, working across diverse geographical regions/cultures and handling the human aspects of acquisitions and divestments.

Amanda has a passion for supporting people through change, building resilience, developing successful international careers and promoting cultural adaptability.  This includes onboarding leaders to achieve success, supporting speedy assimilation and building successful teams in environments that may be foreign to them, coaching leaders of multicultural teams, motivating and inspiring people whose perspectives may vary from their own.

Colleagues have described Amanda as calm in a crisis, resourceful, consultative and supportive, seeking practical solutions and avoiding unnecessary politics.  Teams she has led see her as approachable, engaging, keen to champion the team while developing their skills and empowering them to achieve their potential.

Amanda is also a Professional Medical Coach, accredited by MCI.  As such, she is part of a global network of PMCs who focus on providing emotional support for people living with acute or chronic medical issues, helping them to build resilience, exercise choice and make the most of their lives in challenging circumstances.
