    Director of Affiliate Recruitment & Development

    Janet oversees recruiting and onboarding of all ECC Affiliate Coaches, as well as providing ongoing affiliate support to ensure consistency of coaching using ECC's proven framework/model.

    Janet has provided executive coaching and consulting to clients for over 20 years. Her experience spans all organizational levels, and her multi-industry knowledge includes both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Janet has a keen understanding of the coaching process and the critical skills that help build and strengthen the coach/client relationship.

  • Kathleen Dewey, Executive Coaching Connections, Wilmette, Chicago, Illinois

    Kathleen Dewey

    Director of Operations

    Kathleen oversees all business operations at our Corporate offices and manages the operations team. She works closely with clients and consultants to ensure an optimal experience.

    Kathleen was formerly with cable network American Movie Classics for ten years. There, she held many leadership positions, including Vice President-Central Region in which she was responsible for all sales and marketing for the 16-state Midwest region, and excelled in client and affiliate relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from DePauw University.

    Administrative support for the ECC Partners and office operations

    Jessica’s background is in team and executive support, working with outside sales, marketing and customer service teams. She has led process improvement initiatives and cost-savings projects for multiple companies, including Cintas, Morton Manufacturing, Luxor and Scotsman Ice Systems. She is committed to creating environments that foster team success through support, cross-training and streamlining operations. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, grilling and the arts.

  • Roslyn Kauffman, Executive Coaching Connections, LLC

    Roslyn Kauffman

    Operations Manager

    Supporting the day-to-day activities of the ECC office and associated stakeholders.

    Roslyn has over ten years of experience supporting teams of various sizes. Most recently, she supported the Dill Pickle Co-Op by developing and mangaing various employee engagement programs, effectively streamlining communications, and supporting multiple projects in tandem.

  • Dianna Kingery

    Director of Marketing & Communications

    Dianna oversees the ECC brand to ensure marketing optimization and alignment with all stakeholders including ECC clients, coaches, consultants, partners, and team members.

    Dianna brings over 30 years of diversified business and marketing experience. Working at General Foods and Kraft Foods, she managed a wide variety of businesses with direct responsibility for business revitalization, brand identity, and new product development - with full P&L and alternate channel oversight. Dianna has also served on advisory boards and as chairperson for numerous community and education-based events with focus on strategic direction, revenue & profit growth, advertising & publicity, and sponsorships & fundraising. Dianna has a MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Corporate Finance.

    Joanne has been with ECC for over ten years and manages the financial operations. Her entire career has been in project and office management, including ten years of fundraising for the Variety Club of Illinois Children's Charities.

    Martha leads marketing, business development and customer experience for Executive Coaching Connections. She and her team focus on ensuring that ECC provides an outstanding experience for our clients, coaches, consultants, partners and team members.

    Martha has over 30 years of experience in strategic sales, marketing, customer experience and innovative product development with human capital services’ firms, in the areas of leadership & talent development, change management, learning, executive coaching & search, and career management services. Past organizations include, Gagen MacDonald, The CARA Group, Lake Forest Graduate School, Spherion/IMPACT Group, and AT Kearney, where she’s led marketing, sales, customer experience and consulted to many F1000 corporations. Martha holds a masters in management from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. Martha is also a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, Association of Change Management Professionals, and a Senior Advisor to the Chicago Coalition.
