Kathy Green
Kathy Green, an organization effectiveness consultant, is a founding partner and the president of Executive Coaching Connections, LLC. Having performed as an officer in Fortune 500 companies, Kathy is familiar with the challenges that executives face. She has more than 25 years of experience in leadership, team and organization effectiveness. She spent many of those years leading human resources and organization development efforts at Baxter, Kraft Foods and Ameritech where she worked both domestically and internationally. In 1995, Kathy established her own executive and organization consulting business.
While working toward individual, team and organizational effectiveness, Kathy is most widely known for her expertise in coaching senior executives and their teams. Pat Dahmen
Pat Dahmen is an experienced organizational effectiveness professional
with a tenacity for helping managers define and develop the core
competencies they need for accomplishing individual, team and
organization goals. Beginning with an understanding of and full
appreciation for the corporate culture in which his clients work, Pat

Jim Di Loreto
Jim Di Loreto has been helping clients address their
needs in strategic planning, strategy implementation, organization
effectiveness, executive coaching and team development for more than 25 years.
Jim’s consulting
practice represents a marriage of traditional analytic disciplines (strategy
development, business planning) with a broad range of people development
approaches.
A typical coaching
assignment will also involve business planning or direction setting; and Jim’s
approach to helping his clients address a business problem often involves executive coaching or team development.
Jim has worked with

Jim was born in Madison, Wisconsin. He was educated at the University
of Chicago and Yale University. He resides in Chicago
and on Gull Lake,
outside Kalamazoo, Michigan. In his spare time, he serves as the volunteer Executive Director and
Board Chair of the SPCA of Southwest Michigan, a pet rescue and adoption
organization.
Terry M. Faulk
Terry Faulk worked for Kraft Foods Inc. for just short of 39 years. His
last 33 years were in the Human Resources function. During Terry’s HR
career, he worked in a union plant, two domestic division headquarters,
and two international division headquarters including a foreign
assignment in Brussels, and for his last 12 years, in the senior HR
position in Kraft Foods headquarters. From 2000 to 2003, Terry was
instrumental in leading the human resources integration of Nabisco
Foods, a $19 billion acquisition adding over 70% more employees,
including heavy union representation. Terry’s last title was the
Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources.
Terry retired
in March 2006 and has since focused on non-profit work and select
consulting roles. He also dedicates his time, serving as Vice Chairman
for the Hadley School for the Blind Board of Trustees.
Terry’s
expertise is consulting in mergers and acquisition, organization
restructuring, providing HR counsel to senior HR executives, and
executive coaching at senior levels. Recent assignments include the
evaluation of the Human Resources function and personnel for C&S
Wholesale ($20 billion revenue, 20,000 employees) in Keene, NH; serving
as an expert witness in a mock trial “Ethics on Trial” at the annual
convention of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association in Ft.
Lauderdale, FL; a coaching and development assignment for a senior
executive for Western Union in Englewood, CO.

States Marine Corps from 1968 to 1971 with service in Vietnam as an

Curt Grayson
Curt Grayson, Ph.D. brings over
20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, executive coach, facilitator
and author with an extensive background in leadership and organizational
development across multiple industries. He has worked with a number of diverse
organizations from large Fortune 500 Corporations to small entrepreneurial
firms to "develop leaders who deliver results". Curt is a dynamic
presenter, trainer and facilitator who engages with a variety of audiences. He
is also a versatile executive coach who is highly experienced in collaborating
and working with executives and leaders at all levels.
In addition to
his affiliation with the Executive Coaching Connections, he is the President of
the Grayson Consulting Group which focuses on leadership and organizational
development consulting and training.
Previously, he
enjoyed an almost 10 year association with the Center for Creative Leadership
(CCL) in San Diego as a senior faculty where he has designed custom leadership
programs and trained over 4000 leaders and provided executive coaching to
numerous client organizations.
Curt has
co-authored two popular books in CCL’s Ideas Into Action – Guidebook Series
entitled: Influence: Gaining Commitment
and Getting Results and Leadership

Ken Helman
Ken Helman is
the President and principal of his own Executive Coaching firm, providing
executive coaching for executives and leaders independently since establishment

Rose Hollister
Rose Hollister brings fifteen years of experience and dedication to
your project, assisting in the areas of leadership development, change
management, executive coaching, and team facilitation.
Prior to
becoming an external consultant, Rose served as Vice-President,
Learning and Development, for Equity Office Properties, the biggest
office REIT in the world. Rose and her staff partnered with internal
business leaders to address and resolve challenges in change
management, employee performance, leadership development and executive
talent management. Over four years, her department created an average
of one new course per week.
While at EOP, Rose oversaw the
change management of a company-wide restructuring, a project that won
the Chicago Organization Development Impact Award of 2004. The change
effort included moving from 167 offices to 48, changing roles and jobs,
and new team formation. Rose supervised a team of external change
consultants who were one of the key supports to regional leadership.
The change efforts included company communication, a change curriculum
for leaders and teams as well as leadership retreats to guide the
definition of the new direction.
In addition, Rose has been
actively involved in merger integration, serving as the primary
consultant with large regional divisions in the process of integrating

Linda S. Hughes, an organization consultant and coach for leadership

Daniel F. Jones, Ph.D. has been providing management and organizational

Suzanne Levy
Suzanne Levy has over 20 years of coaching and corporate business
experience.While at The Walt Disney Company, Suzanne launched and
managed a division that oversaw all business development, marketing,
consumer goods, publishing, online and promotion for the department’s
properties. Prior to Disney, she was at HBO in production management
and earlier in advertising at Ammirati and Puris in New York City.

Project Consultant Susan Barnish's professional human resources experience spans 25 years
in the service industry with an extensive generalist background and
specialization in organizational development/training. She has held
leadership positions in hospitality, retirement living and healthcare.
Her most recent work was leading organizational development for Classic
Residence by Hyatt and Hyatt Hotels and resorts. Susan's expertise is
in identifying opportunities and implementing creative, targeted
solutions in leadership and executive development, management and sales

Kathleen Dewey
Operations Manager Kathleen's professional expertise in marketing, sales and
administration comes from experience in the cable television field and
the not-for-profit arena. Kathleen has a wealth of knowledge in both
client and affiliate relations from her 10 year tenure with the popular
cable network, American Movie Classics. She held many leadership
positions, including Vice President-Central Region where she was
responsible for all sales and marketing for the network in a 16 state,
mid-west region. Prior to joining ECC Kathleen served as the Office
Manager for the Junior League of Evanston-North Shore, a volunteer
based, not-for-profit organization. Kathleen managed all
administrative operations for the organization.
