 LAUNCH: A Quick Start for Leaders is
designed to accelerate a leader's transition into a new organization or to a
role leading a new team. Our goal is to help leaders acquire new skills,
minimize the learning curve inherent in any new position, and close the
performance gap associated with transitions. Throughout the 12-week program, LAUNCH surrounds the new leader with support provided by facilitated group discussions, individual and group coaching sessions, and opportunities to connect and share with leaders from other companies/industries. Participants who were part of the recent LAUNCH pilot and their managers rated all program components as "extremely effective" or "very effective." They also reported that LAUNCH helped participants quickly drive results, calling it an "outstanding experience" with "valuable/well structured information."
